How are damages documented?
We walk through each home at move-in and move-out and keep dated photos of its condition. Tenants are encouraged to take their own photos too, so both sides have a clear record.
Are properties close to campus?
Yes. All of our properties are near Ball State University, most within a short walk of campus.
How are maintenance requests handled?
Maintenance requests are submitted best via text for organized tracking and communication. Most issues receive an on site visit within one business day.
Is parking available?
Yes — every property includes off-street parking.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Call or text and we'll tell you what's allowed at the home you're looking at.
What lease terms are offered?
Standard leases follow the Ball State academic calendar. Plans change and people move, so always text for availability.
